Using Lean in Healthcare (mod 8)


Description
In this course, you will learn about the types of waste in health care and how to apply lean principles to reduce or eliminate them. You will also be provided lean tools to help address common inefficiencies related to flow, staffing and supplies within care settings.

Method Of Participation
To complete this program successfully and claim credit, participants must follow these steps:
Watch all the video lectures for each course. Read any course materials and complete any required activities. Complete the course evaluation and post-test. Successful completion of a given activity’s post-test requires a minimum 80% passing score prior to claiming CME credit. CME certificates will be available for printing after claiming CME credit.
